My Approach
This space is for parents who love their children deeply, but feel overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected by the pace and pressure of modern life.
Not because they’re failing, but because we were never taught how to parent nervous systems in an overstimulated world.
My mission is simple: I help families regulate, repair, and get on the same page so that moms, dads, and kids feel safe, seen, and loved at home.
I’m a JAI Certified Parent Coach, former classroom teacher, and yoga-certified practitioner. I support families in realigning to connection by restoring safety, regulation, and predictability at home for parents and kids. We don’t start with quick fixes, behavior charts, or punishment plans.
We start with the nervous system… because when parents feel regulated and safe in their bodies, connection returns, communication improves, and change becomes sustainable.
My work blends nervous system education, attachment-based parenting, emotional intelligence, and faith-centered healing to help families slow down, repair without shame, and show up with calm confidence.
Because when parents are aligned, kids feel safe.
And when kids feel safe, the whole home can finally exhale.
When we invite the Holy Spirit into our parenting, our homes become holy ground.”

I take a nervous-system-first approach to parenting.
That means we don’t just focus on “fixing behavior”- we focus on creating emotional safety, calming overwhelm, and building practical rhythms that work for real families. You’ll leave with tools, scripts, and a clear plan you can actually sustain. -
Yes, many of the families I support are navigating overwhelm, emotional intensity, and challenges that often overlap with ADHD and anxiety. We focus on practical strategies that help your home feel calmer and more manageable.
-
That’s very common. We can work on communication, alignment, and strategies that still work even when one parent is doing most of the heavy lifting. If your partner wants to join later, you can add them into sessions as an upgrade.

Supportive, practical, and heart-centered. You’ll never be judged here. I’ll help you understand what’s really driving the stress in your home, and we’ll create a plan that helps you feel calm, confident, and connected without adding more pressure to your plate.
Most parents say they feel relieved after the first session because they finally understand what’s going on and what to do next.
